About this work
A procedural reconstruction of Boccioni's Unique Forms of Continuity in Space (1913), this work investigates whether the aerodynamic distortion Boccioni applied to the striding figure can be reproduced through computational fluid dynamics and force-based deformation.
The reconstruction is intentionally imperfect — it reveals the gaps between Boccioni's intuitive sculptural decisions and what a physics-based system produces, highlighting the irreducible role of artistic judgment.
