About this work
Compenetration of Planes takes its title from Boccioni's concept of "compenetration" — the interpenetration of a body with its surrounding space. The work generates a series of planar surfaces that pass through one another, creating zones of intersection where new geometry emerges.
The system uses Boolean operations driven by animated noise to continuously generate new intersections. The final render captures a single moment from this continuous process.
